PAYMENT: Orders over $400 may be eligible for Net Terms, please contact us for a credit application.  All orders under $400 are to be prepaid by one of the following methods:

Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards.

COD: An additional $12 handling fee will be applied.

Wire Transfer: Contact us for routing information.

SHIPMENT: The majority of our products are made to order. This ensures that the catnip used in our scratchers and toys is ultra-fresh and potent! Orders under $500 typically ship within 2-3 business days, while larger volume orders may require additional production time. Our standard method of shipment is FedEx Ground, but we may also utilize FedEx SmartPost, UPS, USPS or an LTL carrier. Actual freight charges will be added to your invoice, or you may contact us to have orders shipped on your FedEx/UPS account. You will be responsible for any additional fees related to address changes, rerouted shipments, or shipments returned undeliverable that are determined to be at your fault.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: We take pride in our products and strive to provide outstanding customer service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue.

RETURNS: Returns due to buyer’s remorse are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date on unopened products in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs and certain holiday items are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the product less a 20% restocking fee.

DAMAGES: If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipment and the order was shipped on our carrier account, please notify us immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier. It is important that you do not discard the item or the packaging as the carrier may want to inspect them as part of the claim process. If the order shipped on your account, you will be responsible for initiating the claim.
